Some Quick Frequently Asked Questions

When is my next box arriving? If you are wondering when you will receive your next box, remember that we are bi-monthly and only ship out every OTHER month. Subscribing again with a second subscription during your “off-month” will mean you will get a duplicate crate. We have plenty of retired boxes available on our site to play while you wait for the new one!

How do I change the number of months in my plan? By logging in, you can change your subscription terms to a 2 month (1 box), 4 month (2 box), 6 month (3 box), 12 month (6 box) plan. The longer your plan is, the more money you save per box.

How do I change my address? Log in using the button above to change the address on your account using the system. If you would rather, you can email us at support@escapethecrategame.com

Can I skip a shipment? Log in using the button above and simply “skip” an upcoming renewal. We will try again in 2 months. The box you skip will still be available as a retired box later if you want to grab the box you missed.

Can I change my payment information? Your account page allows you to edit your default payment method. At this time we do not accept Paypal or personal checks/cash.

Can I cancel my subscription? No problem! Just log in to your account above… however, cancelling a subscription just means that you won’t be charged again. If you already have boxes from the initial purchase or a renewal that has already occurred, those boxes will still ship out on schedule… so you may receive a box or two after you cancel. We just want to make sure that you get all boxes that you have already paid for. You just won’t be charged for any future renewals.
